Shipping and handling rates

The following shipping and handling charges apply to your purchase(s)*.

International taxes, duties and customs fees
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please note that all items have to be on the same checkout invoice in order to qualify for any postage discounts that may be applicable.

*Please note that bulky items may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Classic Bargains reserves the right to amend the above charges without prior notice.

Shipping time estimate

Australia
Standard delivery for Australian orders is by Australia Post surface mail. Whilst the Australia Post mail service is generally very reliable, it is not unusual for some items to become delayed within the postal system. Should you experience significant delays, we ask that you check thoroughly with your local post office for your parcel and wait a minimum of 10 business days before lodging a query with us.

Rest of the world
International orders will be shipped via International Air Mail with delivery times averaging between 7-21 days. Occasionally international mail may experience delays as thousands of items go through the mail system daily and can be subject to being mis-sorted and/or mis-directed. Unfortunately these delays are beyond our control. Please allow at least 5 - 6 weeks before we can order an investigation for any late delivery.

Out of Stock Items
We will do our utmost to ship your order within 48 hours of payment receipt. However, if an item is out of stock or no longer be available, we will notify you within 48 hours. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will place a back order for you. This typically takes about 7 business days to fulfil. Should we anticipate unreasonable delays in stock availability, we will issue a full refund for your purchase within 14 days of your purchase

Shipping destinations

Classic Bargains offers delivery to any address within Australia. Some deliveries may require a signature so it's best to choose a delivery location that is convenient for you to accept a delivery during regular business hours. The following is a list of possible delivery options:

Please note that goods will not be left at the door if no one is available to sign for the delivery. A note will be left in the mailbox and pickup will need to be arranged from your local post office.

Please note that we DO NOT ship DVDs and Games to anywhere outside Australia / New Zealand due to region restrictions.
