Returns Policy


Our policy for returning items


Please choose your items carefully as we do not accept refunds or exchanges unless items are defective or not sold as advertised.


Classic Bargains must be notified prior to a return being performed. All defective items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. Should an item no longer be available, a full refund or store credit will be offered.


Procedure for returning goods:

1. Contact the Classic Bargains customer service at customerservice@classicbargains.com.au
2. Classic Bargains will assess your claim and advise return address
3. Once your item(s) have been received, replacement item(s) will be shipped immediately. Should an item be no longer available, a full refund or store credit will be offered.
4. If an item is returned as incorrect choice, an unsuitable gift, or change of mind, it will be subject to a $5 re-stocking fee.


Please note:

1. Classic Bargains must be notified prior to a return taking place.
2. Fault claims need to be made within 7 days of item receipt.
3. Opened and used item will not be allowed as return due to change of mind or dislike of item.
4. Postage and handling charges are non-refundable.
5. Return items due to change of mind or related circumstances must be in their original state with all of the packaging and product brochures present.
6. In order to claim a return under warranty original packaging does not need to be supplied.
7. Replacement item(s) will only be shipped after the defective item has been received by Classic Bargains.
8. Refund or store credit will only be issued once the defective item has been received by Classic Bargains.
9. Return postage is at the cost of the customer, except in the case of defective items or those items which are damaged in transit. Under these circumstances Classic Bargains will cover any reasonable freight costs.
10. Returned items are the responsibility of the customer until they are received by Classic Bargains - it is for this reason that we strongly advise customers to choose a postal method which provides both insurance and tracking.
11. Any item that is returned to Classic Bargains without prior notification by the customers will be returned to the sender.
12. Under the Trade Practices Act of 1974 all returned goods must be of merchantable quality, able to meet the basic level of quality and performance that can be reasonably expected with regards to their price and the manner in which they are described. Also, all returned goods must be fit for their purpose and correspond to their description or sample.
